100% payment advance is requested to hold booking on confirmed basis. The money needs to be remitted to our Bank Account number.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID only; otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customers can call on (01792-238754) to request a refund. Refunds for qualifying returns per the policies. Reservation must be cancelled 2 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
